Three Minute Face Paint: Thousand Faced Goddess

Image

Spontaneous Multidimensionality Play occurs periodically after getting jacked on Maca and Bikini Kill (smells like Tween Spirit????) and an extended Comix Creation Marathon….

My intention is to dive deeper into this new fascination/exploration  of Three Minute Facepaint… Embracing and exercising Intuitive Color and sharing the results here. This particular paint job brought to my mind “Mermaid Bones” and as I played with the camera and allowed myself to fully experience the range of expression just beneath the surface… playtime quickly escalated into an Auto-Erotic Invokation of Goddess… in her many faces… Liberating to say the least…. Enjoy the slideshow….  ;)~

wabi-sabi

Quote

The Japanese term “wabi-sabi” refers to a kind of beauty that’s “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete,” says Leonard Koren. It differs from Western notions that beauty resides in the “monumental, spectacular, and enduring.” It’s about “the minor and the hidden, the tentative and the ephemeral: things so subtle and evanescent they are almost invisible at first glance.”

Great Blue Heron

Video

My very first solo performance! Blessed to have been received at the Temple of Eden by a steady, supportive audience. In this performance, I find myself adopting the energies of the Great Blue Heron, dear Medicine Keeper and Ally, as I unite with the pulsing frequencies of Helio the 550lb Quartz Crystal Orb found in the center of the Temple.
